1. Place the order with the nearest size listed.
2. Take the measurements yourself. Indication provided.
3. Receive the perfect fitted dress.1 - Can I cancel my order?
No, we cannot take cancellations after the order has been made. As our products are all handmade once the order is placed with us, we need to order the material and start work on the patterns, etc, so we are already incurring costs.2 – Can I return the dress?
All dresses are made to order to fit you specifically, so we cannot take returns.3 – What if the dress does not fit me?
We make the dress based on the measurements provided, it is normal that some sections would need to have adjustments done.4 – What is the colour is not as expected?
We try to provide pictures of the product for your review, but due to the settings of your monitor, the colour may be slightly different. All dresses are made in a standard ivory colour, with ivory, champagne or blush bridal linings of your choice. We do not consider colour variations as a fault so cannot take returns because of this. If this is a potential issue for you, we can send out material/colour samples for a nominal fee.5 – Can I request pictures whilst the product is being made?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide pictures, as this is quite time consuming for me and all I would be able to provide is pictures of the cut paper/fabric patterns. If we do need to clarify any points, we will look to send pictures as required to get your feedback.
Please do try to confirm all details before placing your order, as most of the time we cannot make changes during the process, without you incurring additional charges.6 – What is the lead time?
Making a wedding dress is a complicated process. It is normal for some fabric/accessories to be delayed or in worst-case scenarios discontinued. Our target is 56 days from the placement of the order to get the product to you, with the assumption that the material is already available at our location. It is possible that we need longer, with a target of 70 days if materials are not available. But we will be able to confirm this within 5 working days and if this is a problem, we can offer a full refund. If we do run into significant issues on the lead time which means we exceed the 70 day maximum, we will under these circumstances accept the cancellation of the order or provide 10% off the price in compensation.
Our suggestion is in all cases consider this in advance and order your dress as early as possible, to ensure that it arrives in time, especially if alterations are required. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for all information.

All of our dresses are made to order and tailored specifically to your measurements. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide progress photos during production, as this process is very time-consuming and most images would only show fabric or paper patterns.
