Delivery

The lead time for most items is 3 weeks (1 week if we have it in stock already). The lead time for trousers and skirts is 3 to 4 weeks, and the lead time for dresses is 6 to 8 weeks. Due to all items being made to order, sometimes the delivery of the fabrics could take longer than expected. In such cases, we will contact you if the item is going to be delayed by more than 2 weeks. You will then have the option to choose to cancel the order or receive a 5% compensation.

Option 1: Urgent order.

Item will be posted in 3 working days for veils, 5 days for trains/overlays, and 3 weeks for dresses. Postage service for this is 2nd class standard which normally takes 2 to 3 days.

Option 2: Urgent order + Next-day delivery. Item will be posted in 2 working days for veils, 5 days for trains/overlays, and 3 weeks for dresses. Postage service for this is the next-day special service which normally takes 1 day.

Option 1: Urgent order.

Item will be posted in 3 working days for veils, 5 days for trains/overlays, and 6 weeks for dresses. EU standard postage takes 5 to 10 days.

Option 2: EU express delivery.

Item will be posted in 2 working days for veils, 5 days for trains/overlays, and 6 weeks for dresses. Postage normally within 5 working days.
