Delivery

Most items take around 3 weeks to prepare, or 2-5 days if already in stock. Trousers and skirts take 3–4 weeks.

Wedding dresses normally take 3 months, or up to 4 months if materials need to be sourced. We will confirm your estimated delivery date within 5 working days of ordering. If this timeframe is unsuitable, you may cancel for a full refund at that stage. If production exceeds 4 months, you may choose a full refund or a 10% discount.

For UK customers

Option 1: Urgent order.

Item will be posted in 3 working days for veils, 5 days for trains/overlays, and 3 weeks for dresses. Postage service for this is 2nd class standard which normally takes 2 to 3 days.

Option 2: Urgent order + Next-day delivery. Item will be posted in 2 working days for veils, 5 days for trains/overlays, and 3 weeks for dresses. Postage service for this is the next-day special service which normally takes 1 day.

For EU customers

Option 1: Urgent order.

Item will be posted in 3 working days for veils, 5 days for trains/overlays, and 6 weeks for dresses. EU standard postage takes 5 to 10 days.

Option 2: EU express delivery.

Item will be posted in 2 working days for veils, 5 days for trains/overlays, and 6 weeks for dresses. Postage normally within 5 working days.
