All of our dresses are made to order and tailored specifically to your measurements. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns.3. What if the dress does not fit me?
Your dress is made according to the measurements you provide. Minor adjustments are normal and expected, as every body shape is unique. We recommend allowing time for small local alterations to achieve the perfect fit.4. What if the colour is not as expected?
We do our best to provide accurate product images. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting. All dresses are made in standard ivory, with your choice of ivory, champagne, or blush bridal lining.
Colour variation is not considered a fault, and we cannot accept returns based on this. If colour is a concern, we are happy to send fabric and colour samples for a small fee before you place your order.5. Can I request photos during production?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide progress photos during production, as this process is very time-consuming and most images would only show fabric or paper patterns.
If we need clarification on any detail, we will contact you and provide photos where necessary. Please ensure all details are confirmed before placing your order, as changes during production may not be possible or may incur additional charges.6. What is the lead time?
